How to use Portrait Video slots

Multiverse only permits the use of landscape videos. Even if you create a video in a different format and upload it to a non-landscape slot, the video will be resized. This is for technical reasons.

However, we have introduced some new templates, for example the Social Media Storefront, where it is possible to use portrait videos in certain slots. To check where this applies, visit the website for the room at multiverseonline.io and hover over the Question Mark for each slot.

Follow these simple steps to upload portrait videos to these slots.

NB: This will not work for all portrait slots,
only the ones marked as being intended for portrait videos.

Create a portrait video or use one that you already have.
